美國中華醫學基金會（CMB）現就衛生政策與體系科學研究（Health Policy and Systems Sciences,HPS）項目向各合作和資助院校征求發出CMB-Collaborating Programs項目邀標書（Request For Proposals）。

CMB-Collaborating Programs（CMB-CP）是受CMB支持、由資深學者主導、以院校為基礎的關於HPS某一特定主題的研究和教育項目，通常以核心專家為骨幹，多層次跨學科研究團隊為支持，進行學科建設；可以是虛擬合作的平臺，也可以是有全職團隊的實體。CMB-CP的申請者應該是申請領域的知名專家，並有潛力將所申請領域發展成全國第一。到目前為止，CMB一共批準了13個CP項目，今年計劃再批準至多五個🧑‍🎨。CMB-CP的資金可高度靈活性使用，可支持研究🤶🏼，也可培養人才等。CMB-CP三年為一期✋🏿，每期30萬美元👩🏻‍🦼，期滿評審可續👩🏻‍🦽🪀。除資金支持外🚿，CMB將從技術支持、國際資源等全方面幫助CMB-CP成長（具體可見附件）🧙‍♀️。

今年CMB將優先考慮以下研究方向的CP項目💁🏿‍♀️🔇：

l Emerging health challenges in China, especially research activities involving diseases with a high burden of disease in China (and excluding lab based bio-medical research); with special attention to:

l Pollution and environmental health problems

l Non-communicable diseases and degenerating aging

l Key risk factors such as exercise, diet, and smoking

l Health policies and health systems responses to address emerging health challenges, such as those related to health governance, ethics, financing, human resources, care delivery systems, health technology assessment, and health informatics. Special attention will be given to:

l Enhancing quality and safety of health services

l Innovations in primary health care for disadvantaged populations

l Novel financing, educational or other strategies

按照以往一貫要求，申請者必須先通過意昂3CMB項目管理辦公室提交標書摘要🥛，一部分申請者將通過CMB的評審受邀提交完整標書🎙，並在今年年底前獲知最終資助結果。今年CMB將不限製每校可遞交的標書摘要數目。標書摘要必須用英文提交🔜，文件名請按照 “Year+CPSchoolAbbreviation+PI’s name”格式統一書寫🕝🦇，中間沒有空格，例如“13CPPUHSCZhangSan”。

2015年5月31日   CMB通知摘要評選的結果

2015年7月15日   入選者提交完整標書

2015年12月31日  CMB宣布最終資助決定

請申請CMB-CP項目的老師於4月15日下午5點之前將1-2頁♣︎🧑🏼‍🍳、按照要求格式書寫的英文摘要和個人英文CV
